I enjoyed my stay at Golaz Suit Otel. The apartment suite was spacious and clean, making me feel at home. The breakfast on the rooftop was a highlight, featuring delicious Turkish options with a view of the kalesi. The staff, especially Josef at reception, provided great assistance and were always ready to help. However, there were a few issues. The bed in my suite was too soft for my preference. Noise from the busy street made it hard to relax at times, and the shower had a clog that needed attention. Despite these inconveniences, the overall atmosphere was welcoming and the accommodations met my expectations.

the air conditioning didn’t work and the staff didn’t bother to inform us, how charming, Plus, the cleanliness is questionable, with hair from previous guests still in the bathroom. after this, I expected a welcome gift at the very least but received nothing. i almost thought about giving a positive review until I realized how underwhelming it all was.

Room was spacious with a kitchenette, washing machine, and comfy sofa bed. Breakfast was served on the rooftop, yummy and with great views! Everything was clean. The staff helped with printing boarding passes and were super accommodating. It’s nice having air conditioning and a private bathroom with free toiletries. Key access made it easy to come and go.
